Where the heck are my abs?

It seems as though no matter what I do and no matter what I try, I just can't seem to get my abs to show. I weigh about 220lbs and I've been doing situps and almost every variation of the exercise known to mankind for at least 5 weeks and I still see no difference. 

Sound familiar?

That was me about 3 weeks ago. Until someone told me that in order to get abs, I need a 3 part combo of exercise, nutrition AND a good health supplement. The exercise I had already mastered, but I guess it was time I put the other two into play. I started eating really healthy. Vegetables and lean meat, whole grain bread and I substituted my juice and cola more more water. Then I went out and bought abs+, a product that virtually made all this hard work pay off. What I am trying to say is don't give up on yourself just yet! Try out my strategy and you may have washboard abs like me sooner than you think!
